CHICKEN DIVINE 
Cooked rice (1 1/2 c. before cooking)
Cooked broccoli
Leftover cooked chicken
3 c. chicken broth or bouillon, thickened
1 tsp. curry
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise

Layer rice, broccoli, and chicken in 9x13 inch pan. Mix broth, curry, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Spread sauce over layers and bake at 350 degrees just to heat through. Top with onion rings last 5 minutes.
