4 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt, to taste
1 tsp. cinnamon, to taste
4 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. browned butter
5 eggs, beat separately - add whites last
1 1/2 qt. milk

Pour into pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
