RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter

Mix up like pie crust and put in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

6 c. finely cut up rhubarb (can use apples)
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream

Mix and pour over crust. Bake until firm, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING: (like meringue)

Beat 6 egg whites first, then add 12 tablespoons sugar, a little at a time, and then add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Cover the above and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
