SWEET POTATO BREAD 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, potatoes, allspice and milk in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed for 30 minutes and medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour in greased and floured 9x5x2-inch loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
