SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. dry red wine

Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, wine and onion. Shape into small balls. Roll in flour. Brown in hot fat. Mix soup, water, gravy, color (Kitchen Bouquet), pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over noodles, rice or use as an appetizer with toothpicks.
