RELISH SALAD 
1 can French style green beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can LeSueur peas
1 lg. jar chopped pimentos
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper

MARINADE:

3/4 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix vegetables and pour marinade over them and chill for at least 12 hours. Drain well before serving.
