CHICKEN AND GREEN BEANS 
Deboned chicken breast
Velveeta cheese
French cut green beans
Pimento
Salt & pepper
Tomato sauce
Oregano

Wash and pat dry chicken. Salt and pepper. On each piece lay 1 to 3 slices of Velveeta (depending on chicken size) in the center. Mound some green beans and a little pimento on the cheese. Pull sides up and secure with a toothpick.

Place in casserole on baking pan. Pour tomato sauce (seasoned with oregano to taste) over the rolled up pieces. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve cheesy tomato sauce over rice.
