PINEAPPLE COLESLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, well drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, pineapple, and cheese; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and toss to cool well.

Chill for 2 hours before serving.
