PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. hot peppers
1 1/4 c. bell peppers
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) Certo

Chop all your peppers in food processor. Add remaining ingredients, except Certo, in pot. Cook 45 minutes on low heat. Next bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute. Take off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add Certo. Stir well and pour into hot jars. This makes 9 half pints.

NOTE: You can add green food coloring if you like or red coloring. Good on Ritz crackers with cream cheese.
