CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. mayonnaise
4 chicken cutlets
1 tsp. curry powder
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Bread crumbs mixed with melted butter

Cut chicken into chunks. Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry powder. Add chicken and broccoli and mix well. Put into casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
