BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed
8 chicken breasts, cooked and skinned
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole. Layer broccoli, then chicken and another layer of broccoli. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, and curry powder; pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Note: May substitute asparagus, ham, and cream of mushroom soup.
