2 c. sugar
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter or 1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. quick oats

Put sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa in saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly add vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper. Let cool.
