FROSTED MEAT LOAF 
2/3 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. ground sage
Frosting

In large bowl combine cracker crumbs, ground beef, eggs, pepper, salt, milk, onion and sage. Mix well. Turn into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Spread frosting over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 8 servings.

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine brown sugar, nutmeg, catsup and mustard and mix well.
