CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
4 slices whole wheat bread
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cooked
4 slices cooked ham
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. shredded Provolone cheese

Rinse broccoli under water to thaw and separate; pat dry. Line bottom of 8 inch square baking dish with bread. Top with chicken, ham, and then broccoli. Mix soup and milk; pour over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
