ORIENTAL HOT SAUCE FOR CHICKEN
WINGS
 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Cayenne Pepper hot sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat.

Makes about 1/2 cup. Pour over cooked chicken wings.
