BAKED MOCHI | |
4 c. mochiko 2 c. sugar 3 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. cooked azuki (black beans) Mix all ingredients together. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Pour mixture into pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool completely before cutting it. Dip in cornstarch so it won't stick. |
