PARMESAN APPETIZERS 
1/2 stick softened butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 beaten egg white

Cream butter. Beat in cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in flour and sour cream. Stir in caraway seed. Divide dough, working with 1/2 at a time. On lightly floured surface roll dough into 7 x 12 inch rectangle. Cut into 1/2 x 6 inch strips. Brush with egg white then twist each strip 2-3 times. Place on buttered baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
