LENTILS AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked lentils
1 c. rice, cooked (brown rice is best)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. nuts (pecans), chopped
1/4 c. grated cheese

Heat the cooked lentils and rice. Add chopped celery and nuts. Put in casserole. Top with grated cheese. Heat to melt cheese.
