MOUSSAKA 
1 1/2 lb. potatoes (use frozen steak fries)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground lean beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 can (4 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt & pepper
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Brown frozen potatoes slightly (1 1/2 quart dish). Saute onion in oil until soft. Add beef. Stir with fork until redness disappears. Add garlic, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Beat eggs. Add milk. Pour over meat and potatoes. Add little more milk to make sure meat and potatoes are covered. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cut in squares to serve. Zucchini or eggplant may be substituted for potatoes (cook in oil first, fry).
