STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (reserve 1/4 to 1/2 of juice)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, well beaten

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour all the liquids in the hole and mix by hand.

Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350°F for about 1 hour.

Filling for Petite Sandwiches:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
strawberry juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Combine the cream cheese, juice and sugar to make filling. Cut bread thin and spread filling between slices to make sandwiches.
