CUBED STEAK AND RICE 
4 to 6 cube steaks
Salt and pepper
1 c. dry rice
1 can beef broth
1 can consomme
1 c. water

Brown and season steaks. Place in a casserole (9x13 inch dish). Pour rice over steak.

Mix broth, consomme, and water. Pour over steak and rice. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
