SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach leaves
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
3 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. bacon, fried
Baco-O's (opt.)

Take a large bowl, line bottom with ripped spinach leaves, make second layer of leaves, take 1/2 can of corn, distribute around the layers of spinach. Take 1 1/2 boiled eggs, chop it up and distribute it with the corn. Repeat process a second time. Lastly take fried bacon, crush it in paper towel, then sprinkle on top of salad. Use dressing of your choice.
