CHOCOLATE YUM YUM CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Large whipped topping
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 frozen chocolate bar

Mix flour, chopped nuts, and butter. Pack into a 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (This is the only baking part). Let cool.

Mix confectioner's sugar into the cream cheese. Fold in one cup of the soft whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Mix the chocolate and vanilla puddings with 3 cups milk. Let thicken. Spread evenly on top. Top with rest of whipped topping. Spread evenly on top. Grate the frozen chocolate bar on top. Refrigerate. Cut into rectangles to serve.
