NORTHWEST SHISHKABOBS 
2 lb. meat, poultry or seafood
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 green peppers
1 lg. red onion
1 lb. cherry tomatoes
2 cans new potatoes

MARINADE:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cut up meat, peppers and onions in bite-sized chunks. Leave potatoes, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes whole. Combine marinade with meat and vegetables. Marinade 1 to 24 hours. Skewer and grill 12-15 minutes.
