NORTHWEST SHISHKABOBS | |
2 lb. meat, poultry or seafood 1/2 lb. mushrooms 2 green peppers 1 lg. red onion 1 lb. cherry tomatoes 2 cans new potatoes MARINADE: 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp. parsley, minced 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Cut up meat, peppers and onions in bite-sized chunks. Leave potatoes, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes whole. Combine marinade with meat and vegetables. Marinade 1 to 24 hours. Skewer and grill 12-15 minutes. |
