MINI PECAN PIES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
3 oz. cream cheese

FILLING
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. melted butter
Few drops vanilla
Dash of salt

CRUST: Cream the cream cheese and butter; add flour and mix together. Form 24 balls. Form inside tart tins.

FILLING: Combine pecans, brown sugar, egg, butter, vanilla and salt. Put 1 teaspoon of filling in each crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and remove from pan.
