MINI PECAN PIES 
1/4 lb. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 egg, beaten well
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
6 drops vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt

Mix crust and form into muffin pans. Mix filling well and pour mixture into the crust and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes.
