SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 12 oz. jar chunky peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla In electric skillet, combine sugar, butter evaporated milk. Set heat control at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Yield 2 pounds. |
