CORN CHEESE DELIGHT 
1 (16 oz.) can Del Monte or other brand of cream style corn
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese or Kraft American cheese (8 to 10 slices approx.)
1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 c. pimento cheese, hot (to spice it up, optional)
Add meat if you like (ham, hamburger, beef)

Empty 1 can or 16 ounces into a medium sauce pot. Heat 10 to 15 minutes on low-medium heat until a constant boil. Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour and pour in at intervals into sauce pot, stirring vigorously to dissolve all lumps of flour. Pour cheese into pot and mix well. Make wide circular stirs to assure all ingredients are mixed together.

Optional ingredients can be mixed in and add a zest to the rest. This corn cheese delight can be spread in a Mexican burrito shell and be a "burrito". This can be spread onto a tostada shell then meat added. Or just eaten for the great taste of corn cheese delight that it is.
