HAKA 
2 lb. round steak
2 c. thick sliced carrots
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. slivered almonds
Cooked rice
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 c. chopped celery
2 bunches green onions
1 can bean sprouts
Chow mein noodles
Soy sauce

Slice steak in thin strips and brown in skillet with slivered almonds, using soy sauce for moisture if needed. When almost cooked, add raw vegetables and cook until tender crisp. Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts, undrained, and warm through. Serve over rice and or chow mein noodles. Season with soy sauce.
