TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can olives with liquid
1 tsp. salt
Garlic salt
1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
1/4 c. salad oil
8 corn tortillas
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 lb. slice jack cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
Pepper

Brown beef and onions. Add tomatoes, enchilada sauce, olives, and seasoning. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes. Heat salad oil. Saute tortillas one at a time; drain and cut them in half. Beat egg and cottage cheese. In 3 quart casserole layer with: 1/3 meat, 1/2 tortillas, 1/2 cottage cheese and egg and jack cheese. Repeat and top with cheddar cheese and crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
