ITALIAN BROILED FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed dried mint leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
Paprika for topping

Arrange fillets on greased broiler pan. Blend butter with lemon juice, salt, pepper, mint and oregano. Spread over fish fillets. Broil 3 inches from heat 3-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with lemon wedges and black olives. 3-4 servings.
