LEMON FISH 
1 lb. fish (your choice)
Lemon-pepper seasoning
2 tbsp. butter

Dab fish fillets with melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place in shallow microwavable baking dish with thicker piece to outer side of dish. Microwave on high for 4-7 minutes. Cooking time will vary according to wattage of microwave. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
