PORK CHOPS AND APPLES 
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 1/2 c. apples, sliced
2 c. sliced onions
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1 1/2 c. catsup

Arrange in casserole alternate layers of apples and onion slices. Combine sugar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour half of catsup mixture over apple mixture. Layer chops on apples. Pour remaining catsup mixture over chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
