LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, cut up
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 lemon
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper
Cooked rice

Arrange chicken in baking dish. Add salt and pepper, chicken broth and water. Cover and cook 1 hour at 350a degrees. Do not let broth boil down. Ten minutes before chicken is done, add minced garlic and juice of lemon to chicken. Let cook 10 more minutes. Serve over cooked rice. If need be, skim fat off of broth before serving.
