PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each paprika
1/2 tsp. each garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. frying chicken
4 tbsp. butter or marg. melted

In a shallow pan combine, bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then roll in crumbs mixture. Arrange skin side up (Skin all chicken). Without touching in a lightly greased baking pan. Pour remaining butter over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat near thigh bone is no longer pink when slashed. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
