ZURICH GESCHNETZELTES (SWISS) 
1 lb. veal cubes (small)
1 tsp. butter or oil
8 oz. of fresh (or canned) mushrooms
1/2 lemon
3/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. meat broth
1/2 c. heavy cream

Fry veal in butter or oil, add mushrooms and flour until light brown. Add meat broth and wine. Salt, pepper and paprika. Simmer for 3 minutes. Before serving add cream to meat and gravy. Serve on noodles or rice.
