JAPANESE SUKIYAKI 
7:00 -- Peel and slice 1 medium onion. Get skillet hot.

7:02 -- Place in skillet 3 tablespoons oil and sliced onion.

7:02 1/2 -- Mix in 4 large sliced mushrooms.

7:03 -- Add 1/2 pound very thinly sliced lean beef. Cook 2 minutes.

7:05 -- Add 1/4 pound fresh spinach, whole or sliced into 1 inch pieces.

7:05 1/2 -- Add 3 five-inch pieces celery, sliced thin.

7:06 -- Add 4 scallions, cut lengthwise, into thin pieces.

7:07 -- Add 4 tablespoons soy sauce.

7:07 1/2 -- Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.

7:08 -- Add half of a 10 1/2 ounce can consomme. Mix; cook 2 minutes.

7:10 -- Serve.
