NOODLES FLORENTINE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. stroganoff noodles
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. (approximately 1/3 lb.) freshly grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced, cooked ham
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Melt (225 degrees) butter, add flour, salt, and pepper; blend to a smooth paste. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring constantly, until melted. Place half of noodles in greased 2 quart shallow baking dish. Layer ham, spinach, mushrooms and half of sauce. Top with remaining noodles and sauce, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Serves 6. To serve when frozen: bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
