1 c. Karo light syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. Special K
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Boil syrup and sugar 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla and stir. Add Special K and pat into 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch din pan. Then pour over top, cool and cut into bars.
