1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. clear Karo
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients together until sugar is melted, don't let it get too hot. Pour mixture over Special K. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Melt chips and powdered sugar in a double boiler and spread over bars. Chill about 1 hour until the frosting sets. Remove and cut into bars.
