MARSCHIETTE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 to 2 buds garlic, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sm. noodles
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Cook noodles; drain. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain. In a large saucepan, combine soups, tomato sauce, cheeses and mushrooms (if used). Heat until cheese melts. Add beef and noodles. Pour into a large casserole dish or a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen to use later.
