BEEF BRISKET 
3 lbs. brisket of beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Dijon mustard

Place brisket on large piece of foil. Rub Dijon mustard over top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and 3 tablespoons water. Cover very tightly with foil and bake in 250 degree oven for 4 to 5 hours. Remove and slice for French dips or serve on mashed potatoes. Grankids love it!
