MASHED POTATOES AHEAD 
10 lg. potatoes, cooked
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

mash potatoes with remaining ingredients, mixing well with electric mixer. Place in greased casserole dish or 9x13 pan. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Reheat in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
