FIX-AHEAD POTATOES 
8 or 10 potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Sharp Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Cook potatoes and mash with milk and butter; add sour cream and cream cheese. Put in buttered baking dish and sprinkle top with grated cheese and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. May be fixed ahead and refrigerated until time to bake.
