KALE SOUP 
1 beef shank
1 hot or mild linguica
6 qts. water
5 diced potatoes
1 onion, minced
2 cans red kidney beans, drained
1 can white Progresso beans, drained
2 lbs. chopped kale
1 sm. cabbage, chopped
1 c. macaroni or other pasta
Salt to taste

Boil water and onion. Add meat and linguica. When meat is cooked, add kale, potatoes, and cabbage. After kale is cooked, add drained beans and macaroni. Salt to taste.
