LEMON BARBEQUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. flour
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Heat butter and garlic over low heat. Stir constantly until butter melts. Blend in flour. Stir until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Baste chicken during cooking period. Yield: 1 cup.
