PEAR VELVET SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (26 oz.) can of pears

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese and lemon juice. Blend in blender; add pears and juice to blended mixture and blend until smooth. Pour in mold and chill.
