TUNA MUSHROOM RICE SKILLET 
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Converted Rice
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 1/4 c. water
1 c. chopped onion1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
Paprika for taste

Combine rice, soup, water, onion and salt in 12 inch skillet; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat about 25 minutes or until rice is tender and mixture is desired consistency.

Stir occasionally. Fold in peas and tuna; heat uncovered 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Nice to add: Top with crushed potato chips, before serving. Add 2 tablespoons dry sherry to liquid.
