DEEP DISH PUMPKIN PIE 
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In medium bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut in butter until crumbly. Reserving 1 cup crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of 12x7-inch baking dish.

Stir nuts into reserved crumb mixture; set aside.

In large mixer bowl, combine remaining ingredients except crumb mixture; mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Top with crumb mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes, until golden brown. Cool and garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
