ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
2 1/2 c. Kraft Italian Dressing
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs or ground Ritz crackers

Marinate cleaned chicken in Italian dressing for about 1 hour. Roll in bread crumbs or crackers. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan, add unused dressing and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
